These terms apply when you use the Atlas app and website, run by Atlas Fitness. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Atlas
You must be 18 or older. One account per person; keep your sign-in details to yourself.
Not medical advice
Atlas gives general fitness guidance and adjusts your plan from what you log. It is not a doctor, physiotherapist or coach. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Free and AI Coach
Atlas has a free plan and a paid plan, AI Coach. New accounts may get a free AI Coach trial; when it ends you go back to Free unless you subscribe. Your logs and history stay yours on either plan.
Payments and cancelling
AI Coach is billed through Google Play or the App Store at the price shown before you buy. It renews until you cancel, which you do in Google Play or the App Store. Refunds follow their rules.
Your content
Your workouts and photo belong to you. You let us store and process them only to run Atlas for you. Don’t upload anything unlawful or anyone else’s photo.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Atlas: no attempts to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, and no access to other people’s data.
Changes and availability
We improve Atlas over time and may change or remove features. We try to keep it available but can’t promise it is always error-free. We tell you about important changes to these terms in the app.
Ending
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Atlas is provided as is, and we aren’t liable for injuries or losses from following a plan, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
